Job Description for Skilled Manpower
Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the prototype by performing technical tasks such as concrete mixing, formwork setup, and material handling.

Operate specialized equipment such as concrete mixers, curing tanks, and testing machines (e.g., Universal Testing Machine).

Conduct material testing, including slump tests, temperature checks, and compressive strength tests for cast cubes/cylinders.

Follow detailed instructions from the engineering and project management team to ensure the prototype meets required specifications.

Work alongside the project team to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the prototype development process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related fields, specifically in working with concrete materials.
Familiarity with concrete mixing, testing processes, and equipment operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
Job Description for Unskilled Manpower
Responsibilities

Assist skilled workers with general labor duties such as moving materials, setting up work areas, and preparing tools and equipment.

Help with formwork setup and maintenance, ensuring that workspaces are kept clean and organized.

Transport and manage construction materials such as concrete, sand, and aggregates.

Follow instructions from the project manager and skilled workers to support daily tasks related to the prototype.

Perform routine manual labor tasks that support the smooth operation of the development process.
Qualifications

No formal experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on manual labor tasks.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving materials.

Basic understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to following safety protocols.
